The total investment is 336 million yuan, for the construction of a 220 meter long and 72 meter wide deepwater dock, as well as the renovation of the original 1020 meter dock's outer slope structure to an upright structure. A new non permeable structure of 245 meters and 60 meters wide has been applied for, with dock functions. After the completion of the overall project, the length of the Hexing Shipbuilding Port terminal will be 1485 meters, with double-sided berthing and the establishment of ship outfitting berths, oil berths, bulk cargo and multi-purpose berths.
